Summer Fun Camp Forms and Information | Print |

Summer Fun Camp Fees:

  • Registration Fee: $30 per child

  • Weekly Camp Fee: $90

*All fees are due the Friday before week attending


Camp Hours:

Monday - Friday
7 am - 6 pm

Extended Care Information:

  • Monday - Friday 7 am - 6 pm

  • Additional Late Pick-up Charge of $5/minute after 6pm

  • Child must bring a lunch - no lunches or drinks provided
  • Morning and afternoon snacks will be provided

Please fill out the information on the form (download and print) using a separate sheet for each additional child (ages 3 years through 5th grade). Be sure to circle how many weeks your child will be attending Summer Fun Camp
